About Quantif.io

We love value management. Connecting solutions with true, demonstrable customer value is at the heart of it all. Our goal is to help you make these connections and progress along your value management path. This could mean laying the foundations for a new practice or continuing to improve on an existing model.

I’ve spent the past 20+ years in the business technology space in roles ranging from systems administration and server-side programming to industry research, consulting, and value advisory. In nearly all of those roles, my focus was on how to best apply technology to support business execution.

With Aberdeen Group and Blue Hill Research, that was in the form of conducting primary research into business challenges, solutions, and potential performance benefits, looking for those important links to see what truly differentiated top performers from others. As part of SAP Ariba‘s Network Value Organization Center of Exellence and later SAP‘s Global Industry and Value Advisory team, I approached value from the perspective of connecting specific tools to value drivers and helping to quantify what real-world, demonstrable value could look like.

I’ve had the privilege of conducting analysis across industries and geographies, understanding what they all share in common and where those differences lead them to diverge. My main focus areas have been in both the physical and financial supply chains, from warehousing and transportation to payables, receivables, procurement, and supply chain finance. While the fine details may differ, the understanding of business processes, dependencies, potential roadblocks, and strategic options underlies the value analysis across the board.

If you’re looking to establish, expand, or improve your organization’s value management practice and could use an outside perspective, please get in touch. I am always happy to chat and discuss your options.
